Dinner Tonight

We had tortilla and black bean pie for dinner tonight. It's a recipe from Martha Stewart's Everyday Food, one of my recent favorites for fast, yummy dinners. You can find the recipe here
Ours didn't look quite as clean-cut as Martha's but I'm guessing she didn't actually put hers through the oven before the photo shoot. Who knows...

Hard to tell but he's sporting his first mohawk. Slowly but surely the hair is coming in!
